Find Your True North

Values are a part of us. They define who we are and shape the way we think, feel and behave. Values act as a compass that guides our actions and help us to decide what is right and wrong, important or unimportant, providing us with a personal code of conduct.

Understanding our values can help us when we're faced with making decisions and life choices. By being connected with and honouring our values, we make better choices that move us towards a happy life. But when we don’t, we act incongruously and are more likely to escape into bad habits and regress into childish behaviour to uplift ourselves.

This interactive workshop combines holistic coaching, personal reflection and group sharing to support you to find your true north. It includes a shamanic journey in which you will receive guidance form your power animal about how to embody and honour your values every day in order to live the authentic and fulfilled life you want and deserve.

This workshop will empower you to:

- Appreciate the importance of values in your life

- Break free from social, cultural and educational conditioning

- Identify what really, truly matters to you, what are your core values

- Develop ways to honour your values every day

Tickets: £75 (early bird) / £85 (full price)

Places are strictly limited so booking is essential. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other events if you change your mind or can no longer attend. In the unlikely event that we cancel the workshop, you will of course be given a full refund.
