Wild Healing Workshops

Remembering our ancestral wisdom

Step into a deeper relationship with the land, the seasons, and the old ways of working with plants. Throughout 2026, you’re invited to join a series of Wild Healing workshops - one for each season - each one an opportunity to reconnect with the native plants, trees, and herbs that have supported our ancestors for generations.

These gatherings honour the seasons and the shifting energies of the land. As we move through the year, we explore the plants that rise, bloom, fruit, and rest with each season - learning not only their culinary and medicinal uses, but the  quiet wisdom they offer and the place they hold in folklore and traditions.

This is a journey into plant medicine that is both practical and spiritual. You’ll learn to identify, forage, and work with local flora, discovering their culinary, medicinal, and ritual uses. Alongside this, we weave in earth‑based practices such as sacred tea ceremonies, plant spirit journeys, and guided connection with the land.

By the end of the year, you’ll have expanded your knowledge of the healing properties of our native plants, begun building your own personal herbal apothecary, deepened your intuitive relationship with the natural world, and re‑awakened a sense of belonging to the land beneath your feet.

What to expect

In each workshop, you will:

  • Explore the historical, folkloric, and cultural significance of native plants

  • Deepen your understanding of their healing properties, drawing on ancestral knowledge and traditional practices

  • Build your confidence in identifying and foraging plants safely, ethically and respectfully

  • Create simple, safe herbal remedies to support your wellbeing and reduce reliance on mainstream pharmaceuticals

  • Experience the holistic healing potential of plants  at physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

  • Learn to listen to the plants, seek their guidance, and work with them in ceremony and daily life

  • Reconnect with the land as a living, breathing presence, not a backdrop

Each session includes a blend of teaching, hands‑on practice, guided meditation or journeying, and time outdoors whenever possible.
