Cracked heels
Insomnia (rub into your hands and inhale deeply)
Anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia (rub onto your wrists)
Menopause symptoms (warm the balm in your palms then gently massage into abdomen)
Tired feet (massage all over your feet and ankles)
It can also be used as a daily moisturiser, lip balm and hair conditioner.
 
It is made with 100% pure, natural ingredients: beeswax, coconut oil, vitamin E oil, essential oils: lavender, sweet orange, clary sage and cedarwood atlas. External use only. It is safe to use on your hands, face, body, lips. Do not use if pregnant as it contains clary sage.
