Service Description
Our 30‑minute Discovery Session is a gentle starting point - a chance for us to connect, explore what’s happening in your life, and get a sense of whether working together feels right. During this call, we’ll talk through what’s bringing you here, what you’re seeking, and the kind of support that might serve you best. There is a small fee for this session. This helps ensure the time is honoured and held with intention, and it allows me to offer you my full presence, energy, and expertise from the very beginning. You’ll leave the session with clarity about your next steps and a deeper understanding of how my approach can support your healing and growth.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS Payment for appointments must be made in full at the time of booking in order to confirm your session. I am happy to accommodate changes to agreed session dates and times, provided you give me more than 48 hours’ notice. You will be liable for the full session fee if you cancel or postpone within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or if you don’t turn up for any reason. If you are late for a session for any reason, this will reduce the amount of time available for that session and may impact the effectiveness of our work together. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, I will assume the session is cancelled and any session fees will still be payable. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your session I will, of course, give you a full refund.
