Sacred Wheel of the Year Gatherings

Our sacred gatherings combine the sharing of wisdom, ceremony, shamanic drumming and journeying to celebrate the turning of the wheel of the year and honour the spirits of the land and our ancestors. We work with the energies of the seasons and the elements, plant and animal spirit medicine for healing, cleansing, guidance and wisdom.

In the sacred space we create for each gathering, we meet together in celebration of community and connection, in a spirit of gratitude and awakening. Together, we walk in the footsteps of our ancient ancestors, and:

  • create a beautiful ceremony to honour the focus of our gathering

  • learn about ancient native traditions, folklore and customs of the land

  • explore how working shamanically can support our personal and spiritual development

  • take a shamanic journey to tap into the wisdom of our guides, plant and animal allies

All gatherings are held at my home in Papworth Everard, in Cambridgeshire. Please see the individual event listing for the dates and times of each Gathering.

Herbal teas and seasonal refreshments will be provided.

No experience of drumming is needed but please feel free to bring a drum or rattle if you have one.

Places are strictly limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

The Autumn Equinox is one of the two times of the year when day and night are of equal length. This was a busy time for our ancestors, as they gathered in the harvest and discarded what was not needed. We will use the energies of the equinox to help us let go of that which no longer serves us.

The Winter Solstice marks the darkest time of the year, with the longest night and shortest day. On this day the sun is reborn and the days will soon begin to get longer. The Winter Solstice is also a time to take stock of what we have achieved, of stillness and rest.
